Happy Halloween!!! We had a really fun time on Halloween, first we went to Krystals Halloween recital she put on for her dance kids moms, (the kids loved running around the primary room after). Heidi and Karli ran the Halloween half marathon which they both did awesome! then we went trick or treating in the cold rain!

I was feeling a lil sentimental so i decided to do a lil tribute to my kids that i love so much! Thought i would share a lil piece of what i get to enjoy everyday.

Kayden: Loves Joseph! So much that i think he cant make any decisions with out wondering what would Joseph do! Example, the other day while waiting for Joe and my mom to pick him up for school, he comes running in the house and tares his jacket off and says " oh i don't need that any more Joseph doesn't have a jacket on!" I was expecting this kind of behavior, guess i wasn't expecting it with his UNCLE. He absolutly has a brain like his dad. Not only was he walking at 8 months but was working the Dvd player at 1 and is bent on discovering WHY the world works the way it does! He is the most helpful 7 yr old ever!

MEKHI: I absolutely love my lil Mekhi! Yes he does take A LOT more work then the average child, but i am so honored to know such true and pure innocence! He has also taught me so much patience! He loves ppl and has no hesitation in making friends (even though they dont understand him!) his favorite is to sign animals. He has had a lot of trials mentally already in his short life and I'm so honored i get to help him through them.

i got a canon 7d! i love it! im still learning a lot (on my own) which will take a lot longer for me to figure stuff out, but i dont have the $$ to fork out for classes, but i feel like ive learned a lot by just messing around with it. the only thing im still struggling with is how to make light work! tami cori if you would give me some cc on these pics i would love some!

Hike to the Oak City Canyon Peak and memorial day

on the way down we were sliding down the snow, it was fun untill you hit a soft spot and sunk into the snow knee deep.

here is the view of lone peak and timp from the top of the peak.

well these pictures loaded on backwards, but Bill and I were able to hike to the Oak City Canyon peak on sun! It was beautiful!! We started at11:30 got to the peak at 2:50 and got back home at 5:30. It was a very very very long and steep hike but soooo worth it! At the top we could see almost the whole basin, and all the way to timp and lone peak! which is that mt rang behind us clear in the back lol. And yes my legs are feeling it still!!!

For memorial day we had the annual grandma and kids camp out on the back lawn. The boys absolutely loved it. then we went to the park for the Nielson family reunion w/ the best dutch oven cooking you will ever find!! =)

I use to hate these headbands, but when i put this one on my sweet lil lady, i about died and went to heaven! Its was so cute! i think i use to hate them because i always see babies wearing them and they are to far down on thier forheads, like they are wearing a headlamp. It would bug me!

easter was simple this year, just a lil easter egg hunt with the cousins, but the main event was sweet little sophies blessing!

I finally get to have a 4 generation picture! now that i have my girl! and the blessing dress Sophie is wearing is a dress my aunt made for me when i was a baby. My Mom held on to it for me all these yrs.

On Mon my my Family let me and Sophie tag a long with them to Zions. i felt bad leaving the boys behind, but Bill took them down to Oak City, So they still had fun! This deer walked right past me and Krystal.

This was the over look hike which was my favorite because it wasnt that long and it was beautiful! You get to see over the Carmel highway

On the way to the canyon, we stopped by Grafton. Grafton is a ghost town that was abondoned in 1945. This house was the house of my great great great Grandfather Arlonzo Russell. I love ghost towns i think they are so cool, so to be able to actually have a relative connecting me to this particular ghost town was even cooler! They also filmed a movie called Old Arizona here, which i need to rent! Below is the graveyard were he was burried with his 2 (yes 2) wives =p. That fenced in grave area was actually pioneers that got attacked and killed by Indians when they were travelling through.

It's been such a long while since i've actually done an up-do, that i was surprised i still did a decent job on my sister for prom! Yes she could make ANY hairstyle look good cuz she is so gorgeous! (even her imogen heap hair styles she does) But i was proud of myself none the less. and i did her make up too! it ws way fun. Almost made me miss doing hair........almost.

Last month we said goobye to our big red! =( it was so hard to sell our van, ecspecially since we only have a car and a lil truck now. but it was a huge sacrifice to get bills buisness going! Bills Heating and Air LLC! it is official now! He has his hv/ac contractors license, so if anyone needs thier ac or furnance worked on i know a really awesome guy that can do it!

kayden turned 7 on feb 25th! i know i cant believe it! he was so excited for his birthday he woke up early got himself dressed got mekhi up and dressed then made him and sylvan and mekhi breafast. they even were finished eating before i got up. then he kept asking me "Mom? are my hands bigger? because im seven years older." i kept telling him that everything was bigger, but he only cared that his hands were bigger.

and this is how i spent most my days last week lol! i was so sick it was one of those nasty " i spent all day and night on the tiolet" sicknesses. so glad to be better

and sylvan is now finally potty trained! third attempt, third times the charm! we still need to work on it a bit, like the s'morning, i found a little poopie in the corner of his bedroom and he decided that all the shirts on the floor were his butt wipes **sigh** but he at least still running to the bathroom when he needs to pee.

Sophie has learned to ku, and its so cute! she is my only baby i think that has actually made the kuing sound. my boys would mostly make a squealy sound. just try to ignore the boys yelling in the background =D

my sweet little sophie is 7 weeks old today! i can't believe how fast time goes by AFTER you have the baby! it seems to drag on when your huge and miserable! she is just to sweet she is so smiley i love it and was finely able to get a good shot of her smiling! Her brothers love her to much too. the are constantly is her face. and Mekhi always wants to be near her and always says "hi baby! what you doin" and sylvan is constantly saying "i want de bebe sochie"

I just thought this was funny, for some reason sylvan is under the impression that the navtivity scene ends in severe demolition. Every time i would set it back up, a few min later sylvan would be knocking them all down again, then turn to me and say "i win mom"

Kaydens cousin Brody gave the boys his collection of GI Joes this year, but bill had fun putting them together and setting them up around the presents.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SYLVAN! his birthday was actually on the 19th but we had a yummy turkey dinner a pre thanksgiving dinner i guess you could say, and had a fun lil party for the lil tyke on sun. He is 3 yrs old, and now has a mind of his own. Everything i am trying to do he has to do and if it isnt his idea then he wont do it. its funny though when anyone asks what his name is he immedatly respond "monkey!" and if i give him anything or do something for him he will say "thank-you mommy" over and over again till i say your welcome. i just love that lil guy!

we've been doing a lot of dutch oven cooking lately its been really fun.

halloween was really simple this year, in fact we got hardly any trick-or-treaters! i was done waiting at the door at 9. Bill took mekhi and sylvan around the block and said that half the houses werent even answereing, whats with my nieghborhood! lol.

kayden got to go with his favorite uncle joseph! they had a lot of fun, and yes this is his third year being black spider man. i tried to get him to wear the monkey outfit but he said "but mom spider man is cool" guess i just dont know what cool is anymore.

i made bill do the pumpkins this year, im to prego fat and lazy right now!

Bill's home! yay! It is so nice having a husband again! Bill came home on labor day, completly surprised us! it was a really nice surprise. This weekend we took the kids down to oak city to see thier Grandma and Grandpa Nielson, and thier nielson cousins. They had such a fun time feeding the chickens, and we slept out on the back lawn.

My sister heidi had here sweet lil baby on sun. He is so stinkin cute! so i had trevan come play with sylvan today to give here some help, and cute lil trevan fell asleep , Sylvan still just sat by him while he slept! they just love each other so much.

Now Mekhi is sent off to kindergarten im home all day w/ just Sylvan! I know now i have no excuse for not updateing my blog more often. It's been so quiet around the house with them gone, and lil Sylvan just misses his big brothers. When we sit down for lunch Sylvan will still call out for his brothers to come and eat, and when the bus comes to drop them off he waits by the door for them with a huge smile on his face saying "mom mom khi's home mom" but its been so nice for me i just love school now!

i know this is late, but we didnt get to celebrate 4th because they decided to work all day! Bill didnt come home until 12 that night. so sunday the company had a barbeque which was fun, the kids had fun at least. and afterwards we let them light these sparklers on the balcony. which sylvan was to scared of.

well we had to say goodbye to Florida. They just weren't selling enough, so we got moved to Pittsburgh, PA. SO we took a week before coming out here and enjoyed Florida while we could. spent most days/nights on the beach and spent a day at Seaworld! Which was really cool, the kids LOVED the shows and seeing all the see creatures and what not. Kayden was even tall enough to go on one ride, which he had a lot of fun on. Pittsburgh is WAY different! there are soooooo many trees and its overcast all the time i feel like im in the twighlight books. but it might clear up who knows im just glad we are getting more work.

And Happy Birthday to Mekhi! 5 yrs old now! Since coming out here kinda drained us finacialy we didnt have much for him cept song and a cake. which took me and Karli a while to make cuz we kept messing up and the oven out here brns everything. But it turned out really really yummy. And other good news Mekhi is finally potty trained!!!!! i know hes five but its been difficult with him being autistic and all. out here ive been able to devote myself to just potty traing him. which he is really good at now.

Nothing says happy mothers day like going to the beach !...AMIRITE! soooooo i know i told everyone we were going to NY/NJ but it changed and we ended up in Tampa, Florida. which has been really cool so far. we are right on the bay and it is beautiful! Karli came with to work as an office assitant and to help me w/my wonderful lil boys. Its very hot and humid! Go outside and you instantly are sweating. here are some pics around the spt complex.

this i thought was really cool these guys all have docks in thier backyard! w/ thier boats parked back thier, ready to go out as they please. hey! i know its been a loooooooooooooooooooooooooong time since i have updated. Its just nothing has really been going on around here i guess. But now Kayden is six years old and im starting to feel older! lol he will be in first grade next year its so wierd. On another note we have found out which office we will be going to for this summer and im excited about this one. We will be going to good ole' New York City/New Jersey! i have never been to new york ar that far east so i am excited. not sure when we will be leaving exactly but it will be around the first of May.

well here we are on our 8 day cruise for the mexican reviera, courtesy of Platinum Protection. it was a lot of fun and thanks to bills family for watching the kids they had a lot of fun! Acapulco was like the run down mexico you usually dont see but ixtapa and manzanillo were beautiful the weather was perfect and it was a lot of fun.

This is the reason i have been ignoring my blog! lol we finally got the paint done and here is a lil sample of the colors we picked. We also went and picked out the carpet last night so that was exciting! the room is almost done.

and i know this was forever ago but it was the first snow! and i just LOVE it when my kids huddle up on the heat vent with a blanket. reminds me of when we would do it when we were lil.

Today we finally got Mekhi evaluated, and they diagnosed him with Mild Autism. We had all ready pretty much new that, but now it is on paper and its "official," they are putting him in programs and what not that will help him. I am so glad it is finally done, it has taken a long long time to finally get him looked at!

we are finishing our basement, and left the mud un supervised for a min. Came back downstairs to see that Mekhi and Sylvan wanted to help. to bad mud Doesn't go on the door!
For family night we went up to Provo canyon. Had a yummy meal and took a hike to a beautiful meadow. then came back and had yummy smores. it was really fun. And the fall colors are just kicking in so it was really pretty.

well school has started! Mekhi has preschool on Tues and Thurs at nine in the morning. i was worried he would have a hard time adjusting to going to school alone, but i havent had any fits yet getting him on the bus (crosses fingers**) he just loves it.
Kayden is now a big kindergartener. and goes to school every day at twelve. I only get lil sighs now and again and "i dont want to go to school" but other then that he cooperates very well. and i am getting use to having "homework" to do everyday. i know fun huh.

and sylvan feels left out everytime the busses come he wants to put the back packs on too and go with. it just isnt fair.
and I passed my test! so i am now officailly a certified personal trainer! its exciting i know!

We always look forward to our evening park walks. double walking stroller was the best thing ive ever got.
Kayden lost his front tooth! he was mad at first then when he got attention for it from everyone we didnt stop hearing about his tooth!

poor lil guy! He was jumping on Grandmas tramp and

fell through the springs and broke his tooth in half on the bar! Now he has to get a root canal and a cap. Breaks my heart everytime i see his one tooth smile. He seems like he is doing ok he cant eat some foods but other then that he doesnt act like its hurting him to bad. i just cant wait till he has something there to fill the gap.

well happy fourth of july! lol i know its late BUT my internet was down so this will do. these arent really even from the actually fourth, these are pictures from the night after on the fourth i didnt have my camera! lol but it was fun we went and watched the stadium of fires fireworks from someone back yard that over looked the stadium. it was fun Kayden really liked the fire works, mekhi didnt care at all, and sylvan was scared to death of them. then the next night we just hung out at grandmas all day had a wonderful babtism lunch (joseph was babtiszed by the way) and played games till it got dark and had cheep ole firework show. anyway hope everyone had fun.

Wheww i feel like life is just going by way to fast! i didnt have and cute pics =( to post but that ok. i thought i would just write something up and make you guys read!!! It has just been so crazy lately. i started a new job! I am now a personal trainer at the american fork gold's gym.=) it has been great, i really love it. I work mon wed and fri from 5 in the morning to 8 so i get to still be home all day with my kids. Bill has been good in giving me a little nap though before he goes to work. im still adjusting to the new schedule so i feel like i have no time for anything any more, but it has been fun. other then that the boys have been enjoying summer and kayden loves playing over at grandmas house. i hope everyone is doing well and next post ill have some cute pics so you dont have to read.!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO BILL!! the big 2 9. Which we also celebrated my Grandma Rappleye's Birthday as well. We all went up Provo canyon and had a big get together to celebrate. the whole Rappleye gang was there. mostly to celebrate my grandma but we were able to sneak bill in. He doesnt really care for much attention, so he didnt care. The kids had fun and there was a lot of good good food. And it was nice to see everyone i havent in a long time. Bill is home yay! well...... its nice to have him home but the reason he is home isnt so nice. Aparently they werent selling enough accounts in Las Vegas. so he is here now installing in Salt Lake. we still might be going to Texas. But for right now we are unsure of whats gonna happen. and we got a lil kitty cat. Vanilla. my sis krystals' cat had kittens and we snagged one. the kids love her, it has been fun for them.

and KAyden gradutated from preschool today! yay my baby boy is getting so big. he is gonna be a kindergartener next year. and im freakin out realizing that i am going to be entering a new phase in raising kids. and if you can see his black eye let me tell you i didnt beat him, it was sylvan. he threw a block at him.

happy Birthday to mekhi! he is now 4 years old. Crazy how fast they grow up, i know we hear that ALL the time but it is so true! Grandma and Grandpa Barrett took him and Kayden swimming on saturday for mekhi's cousin's birthday, Savanna. which he had a blast! then on Sunday we had the open presents and eat lots of cake and ice cream party. it was really fun and he loved it. And of corse here are some pictures to show how fun it was.

that cake was so good i ate way to much! and of corse heidi and I couldnt resist the next day came home and ate way to much again! it was so worth it though

Well we made it through our first week with Bill gone! its been tuff, i think im half way normal again. Sylvan went through major seperation anxiety and is finally getting over that, thank goodness, ths kid wouldnt even let me leave the room sometimes. A day hasnt gone by that Kayden doesn't ask where dad is, or if Dad is coming home. sweet lil guys miss thier daddy! here are some pics of us ready for church, which we are an hour late for, lol. shhhhh its ok.

wow i know its been a loooooooooong time since ive posted, its been kinda crazy lately. We have been goin crazy getting ready for the summer to start, and getting bill ready to leave. We said goodbye to him last night he is now in Las Vegas where we will be joining him in June, for the summer.

i had no pictures really so i put this one up. it was kinda funny i couldnt find Sylvan forever the other day, and eventually found him in the pantry with all the cereal spilled out everywhere. i had to laugh.

Well Bills' company, Platinum, yes we are going with platinum this year instead of Apx, took all the lead techs and sale's reps to Moab for a summer kick off. it was really fun, the weather was really nice. And i have to say thanks to my family for takeing the boys, mom, heather I REALLY owe you one! They provided everything for us so we didnt have to spend any money but the highlights of the trip were arches and the jeeping. (they rented like 20 jeeps for eveyone) so i hope you enjoy the pics!

I chopped my hair! and i LOVE it! thanks to the most talented hair dresser in the world "cough" rachel burr! (by the way rachel everyone LOVEs it aswell even bill.) and the next day kayden and mekhi thought that Mom was really stupid for leaving dad's trimmer out and buzzed streaks down the middle of their heads. So i now have very bald little boys. Sylvan just couldnt stand not haveing a turn, so he is bald as well. they look funny and i have to bust up laughing everytime i look at them, but ill get use to it. KAyden was really mad though he didnt want his hair to go, even though it was his fault, he kept takeing the cut off hair on the ground and putting it on his head. it was funny but sad because he was so mad i cut his hair.

Well....Heather told me i need to make a new post every day!!! i don't think that will happen, but i will let try to post more didn't know it was suppose to be story time every time you checked my blog! lol well my kids have been sick, sick, SICK the last week. And it takes forever for them to get better because they all have to get sick one after another they cant just all get sick at one time and get it over with. First kayden got it, then sylvan, and then mekhi. Although they seem to be better today. but I've let kayden play way to many video games, so he goes through the house "fighting" robots and telling me that he's spider man, and spider man does this mom. Today i also felt bad because while i was dealing with sylvan and mekhi having a simultaneous emotional breakdown. kayden kept tapping me on the waist and saying something, but all i could get out of was "corn dog" so in my frustrated state of mind snapped back , ILL get you a corn dog in a second! a couple min later after the emotional attacks had subsided i went into the kitchen to get a corn dog, opened the freezer and then felt kaydens hand tapping me again and saying no mom look! and i look up to see a corn dog in the microwave and the cooking setting set for "popcorn". i had to laugh then i felt bad because he was just trying to tell me that he made himself a corn dog. any way that is my story for today hope you like it heather!

Kayden's five years old! even though his birthday is on the 25th of Febuary we had a combine birthday party with his cousin Fiora, whose birthday is on the 13th of Febuary. We first went to Kangaroo Zoo and jumped around for a while and had lots of fun, then went over to aunt Heathers house for dinner, cake and ice cream! it was really fun. Kayden wasn't complaining about getting his presents two weeks early. other then that this month has been same ole same old. But been flying by really fast. but here are some pics from the party.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! We had a very merry christmas and a very happy new year! Between trying to finish our basement, christmas, and helping out with Jesse's wedding we didnt have much time for anything this year so Christmas wasnt very big but the boys still had a wonderful time opening thier presents, then going to grandma's and getting more presents. Not to mention uncle Richie giving them thier present 2 days earlier was a nice treat for them.

Sylvan is now one year old! We had a fun small lil birthday party with his cousin's Savanna, Fiora, Weston, Lucy and Trevan, Grandma Rappleye came as well, of corse she never misses a party!! He had lots of fun opening his presents and eating his cake which ended up all over him!

For Halloween Kayden was black Spider man, Mekhi was Batman, and Sylvan was a pumpkin. Sylvan stayed home with dad and helped pass out candy to trick-or-treaters, while I took Spider man and batman out. I had only planned on taking them around the block, but they were having way to much fun with their cousin Lucy and Aunt Heidi we ended up trick-or-treating till 9 o'clock. Then they came home and ofcorse ate way to much sugar and passed out!
